Minnesota weather is unpredictable! Will your performers make it to our venue on time?
Our Minnesota performers are Twin Cities based, and we plan travel around the realities of performing throughout the state. For Minneapolis and Saint Paul events, we leave hours of time in advance to account for rush hour traffic, metro road construction (we see you, 494), and other potential delays (Spaghetti Junction, for starters). For events in Rochester, St. Cloud, Mankato, Brainerd, and communities throughout greater Minnesota, we build the additional drive time into the schedule from the start.
Minnesota weather is definitely part of the planning. Our team is no stranger to snow, ice, summer storms, and changing road conditions. We consider all of these when setting departure and arrival times (sometimes this includes leaving a day before the event). We always allow for plenty of time to reach the venue for setup and soundcheck prior to your guest arrival and well before the performance begins.
Will you bring everything needed for the dueling pianos show to our Minnesota venue?
You betcha! Our Minnesota shows are built around our lightweight, portable electronic baby grand piano shells, professional keyboards, and experienced local dueling piano entertainers, so your venue does not need to already have pianos in place.
We also provide show production to support the performance, including sound and lighting for our show for a variety of event sizes and layouts.
Because our setup is portable, we are able to bring our show to a wide range of Minnesota venues, including hotel ballrooms, event centers, country clubs, corporate offices, community venues, private residences, and many other locations that you wouldn’t expect to see live interactive entertainment.
Do you perform outside the Twin Cities Metro area?
Absolutely. We’ve performed throughout greater Minnesota at everything from corporate events and fundraisers to festivals, weddings, and community celebrations.
Our shows have taken us to interesting places like the SPAM Museum in Austin, the Litchfield Opera House, and Chankaska Creek Ranch & Winery near Mankato, along with venues and events in communities across the state. We enjoy working in both larger regional markets and smaller Minnesota towns where live entertainment can become a real centerpiece of the event.
